Visual Inspectors

DXE Staffing is currently seeking motivated candidates for Visual Inspector positions on 1st and 2nd shifts in Tell City, Indiana. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering on-the-job training, a consistent 4 on / 2 off rotating schedule, and long-term career potential.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 4 on / 2 off rotation

  • 1st Shift: 4:45 AM – 4:45 PM

  • 2nd Shift: 4:45 PM – 4:45 AM

• Pay Rate: $15/hour

• Location: Tell City, IN

• Steel-toed boots required

Key Responsibilities:

• Visually inspect parts and cores

• Use small hand tools

• Follow written work instructions accurately

• Lift up to 35 lbs without assistance

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Perform repetitive, fast-paced tasks for extended periods

• Stand, walk, squat, stoop during 12-hour shifts

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must speak, read, and write in English

• Have reliable transportation

• Ability to pass a nationwide background check and drug screen

• Strong attention to detail and consistent attendance
