Provides leadership, direction and administration related to employee relations, employee recognition, recruitment, selection, orientation, compensation administration, benefits administration, HRIS, workers compensation and unemployment compensation.
The nurse practitioner shall, under the appropriate direction and supervision by the collaborating physician, provide primary health care services at a designated primary practice location. Nurse practitioner may be assigned to another medical practice owned by the Hospital as needs arise and at the direction the COO. Nurse practitioner shall devote efforts to the development of Practice, including being visible in community events and activities, providing community education programs, and other activities to promote Practice. Nurse practitioner will perform duties consistent with the needs of the communities served, in a manner that reflects the Mission, Vision, and Values of Perry County Memorial Hospital.
