A variety of vendors meet at the Tell City Depot twice a week for the farmers market. Hours are 4 to 6 PM on Tuesdays and 8 to 10 AM on Saturdays. Vendors are welcome to sell locally grown fruits and vegetables.
A non-competitive youth program emphasizing the fundamentals of stretching, running, throwing, catching, and hitting while building character through practicing honesty, caring, respect, responsibility, and faith. The league will run on Tuesday evenings with the first three sessions being practices and the last three being games.
The 2019 Perry County natural resource and agriculture concerns meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 14, from 6:30 to 7:00 PM at the Perry County Armory Annex in Tell City. The meeting will focus on natural resource and agriculture concerns for Perry County, and provide recommendations and advice to the State Technical Committee for conservation activities/programs to bring conservation dollars into our community. German American Bank will have a blood drive with the American Red Cross on Wednesday, August 15 from 10 AM to 2 PM in the German American Conference Room.
