The 12th annual Camp With A Cop summer youth camp will take place July 17-20. Organizers have planned activities such as zip-lining, fishing, swimming, kickball, obstacle courses, and demonstrations by a SWAT team, K-9 Units, and Air Evac. Police Officers interact with the children to foster a positive image of law enforcement. The cost is $50 per camper, but no child will turned away due to the cost. Do you like to run? Do you like to walk? If so, come and join the Footprints Walking & Running club every Saturday morning. The club meets at EverBody's Fun & Fitness Center and then takes off from there. This event is open to the public.
A variety of vendors meet at the Tell City Depot twice a week for the farmers market. Hours are 4 to 6 PM on Tuesdays and 8 to 10 AM on Saturdays. Vendors are welcome to sell locally grown fruits and vegetables.
Come enjoy an evening of wine and live music. Lick Creek Band, a five piece group who plays a variety of music will be performing. There will also be food for purchase and visitors are advised to bring a chair.
The next William Tell Center Dance will take place Saturday, July 21, from 7 to 10 PM. Beginner's Luck will be performing. All ages are welcome to attend.
