This role supports day-to-day operations by providing excellent customer service and assisting with general office duties related to utility billing and recordkeeping. The position offers a consistent schedule of four days per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process utility payments and assist customers in person and by phone

  • Perform basic data entry and filing

  • Support billing cycles and account maintenance

  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

  • Assist with other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Prior clerical or customer service experience preferred

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Basic computer skills and attention to detail

  • Must be able to be bonded (background check required)
