Troy Lineworker

The Troy Lineworker plays an essential role in completing production activities that meet customer specifications and volume requirements. This position requires attention to detail, quality focus, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete production tasks to meet quality and customer requirements.

• Demonstrate strong math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

• Maintain accuracy and speed while performing repetitive tasks.

• Use small hand tools safely and effectively.

• Contribute to a safe, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Strong quality-conscious mindset.

• Basic knowledge of maintenance and production efficiency.

• Ability to measure accurately and consistently.

• Must be punctual and dependable.

• Physical ability to:

  • Use both hands to move quickly and assemble objects.

  • Lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally.

  • Stand for long periods with continuous bending, twisting, and manual dexterity.

• Must be able to perform repetitive work with accuracy and meet established piece rates.

• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and noise levels.
