Site Coordinator

William Tell Elementary is seeking a motivated and reliable Site Coordinator to support the On Target afterschool program. This part-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with students and families in a school setting and wants to make a daily impact. You’ll help manage afterschool programming, assist with office responsibilities, and ensure smooth communication between school staff, students, and parents.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM
Pay: $20/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Afterschool Programs to plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities.

• Support administrative tasks such as answering phones, calling students, opening doors, and communicating with parents and guardians.

• Maintain a positive and organized environment for students from dismissal through the end of the day.

• Serve as a key point of contact for families and staff regarding afterschool needs and updates.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred.

• Dependability, professionalism, and a collaborative attitude.

• Ability to work weekdays from 12:00 PM – 5:30 PM consistently.
