What You’ll Do as a Shift Manager:

• Lead and motivate crew members to deliver high-quality service

• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and shift operations

• Manage inventory, monitor performance, and uphold standards

• Train new team members and support ongoing development

• Communicate effectively with crew and other managers

• Assist in scheduling and daily shift planning

• Maintain safety and security for guests and staff

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older

• Prior leadership experience preferred (restaurant, retail, or hospitality)

• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends

• Team-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills
