Shift Lead

As a Shift Lead at Pizza Hut’s Tell City location, you’ll take on an important leadership role that supports both team members and daily restaurant operations. Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Lead team members during assigned shifts and support strong teamwork

• Greet customers and ensure a friendly, welcoming experience

• Coach, train, and motivate team members to meet performance and service expectations

• Maintain a clean, safe, and fun environment for staff and customers

• Assist with food preparation, order accuracy, and service delivery

• Manage shift operations, including opening/closing procedures

• Support problem-solving and decision-making throughout the shift

• Assist with deposits or business errands when needed

• Help uphold Pizza Hut brand standards and operational guidelines

• Foster a positive, energetic, and inclusive work culture

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for possible deposits)

• Friendly, honest, reliable, and energetic

• Strong communication and people skills

• Ability to lead by example and motivate a team

• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively

• Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and high service standards

• Interest in learning restaurant management practices

• Ability to stand, move, and stay active throughout the shift
