As a Senior Maintenance Technician at Parker Aerospace, you will be responsible for performing advanced-level maintenance across a range of equipment and systems used in aerospace manufacturing. You’ll lead preventive maintenance efforts and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in both electrical and mechanical systems who enjoys hands-on problem-solving and supporting continuous improvement.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Key Responsibilities

Perform complex maintenance, service, and repair tasks on various manufacturing equipment and systems

Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical systems including compressors, cooling towers, and dryers

Follow blueprints, operational procedures, and safety standards while conducting maintenance

Lead and oversee preventive maintenance tasks and reporting
-
Determine maintenance needs for new equipment and train staff on routine upkeep

Support facility operations as needed and maintain a clean, safe work environment

Demonstrate flexibility with occasional evening/weekend work if required

Ensure compliance with U.S. export regulations and safety procedures
Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in a maintenance-related field

Multi-craft experience (mechanical and electrical skills preferred)

Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial systems
-
Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
-
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
-
Must meet U.S. export compliance and government contracting eligibility requirements
