As a Senior Maintenance Technician at Parker Aerospace, you will be responsible for performing advanced-level maintenance across a range of equipment and systems used in aerospace manufacturing. You’ll lead preventive maintenance efforts and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in both electrical and mechanical systems who enjoys hands-on problem-solving and supporting continuous improvement.

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complex maintenance, service, and repair tasks on various manufacturing equipment and systems

• Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical systems including compressors, cooling towers, and dryers

• Follow blueprints, operational procedures, and safety standards while conducting maintenance

• Lead and oversee preventive maintenance tasks and reporting

• Determine maintenance needs for new equipment and train staff on routine upkeep

• Support facility operations as needed and maintain a clean, safe work environment

• Demonstrate flexibility with occasional evening/weekend work if required

• Ensure compliance with U.S. export regulations and safety procedures

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Vocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience in a maintenance-related field

• Multi-craft experience (mechanical and electrical skills preferred)

• Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial systems

• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Must meet U.S. export compliance and government contracting eligibility requirements
