Retail Service Specialist

As a Retail Service Specialist at O’Reilly Auto Parts, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both the sales floor and store operations. Key Responsibilities

• Lead store associates in delivering outstanding service to retail and professional customers

• Oversee customer interactions, ensuring execution of all service programs (Hi5, Rock the Call, Never Say No, etc.)

• Manage special orders, online orders, and shipment processing in a timely manner

• Handle returns, exchanges, and core/warranty processing with accuracy and friendliness

• Supervise opening and closing procedures, including deposits, alarms, and vehicle security

• Ensure completion of merchandising tasks and communication of company updates

• Maintain accurate scheduling practices and timekeeping policies

• Perform other duties as needed to support store operations

Qualifications
Required:

• Strong verbal communication and leadership skills

• Ability to complete and obtain RSS (Retail Service Specialist) Certification

Preferred:

• Prior experience in retail or automotive parts sales

• Basic automotive systems knowledge and/or ASE certification

• Bilingual fluency (Spanish highly desirable)
