Retail Sales Associate

AutoZone is seeking motivated Retail Sales Associates to deliver WOW! Customer Service while helping customers find the right automotive parts and solutions. As part of the store team, you’ll assist with sales, inventory, and store operations while fostering a positive and knowledgeable retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional assistance and trustworthy automotive advice.

• Recommend products, promotions, and solutions to enhance customer experience.

• Restock inventory, maintain organization, and follow loss prevention policies.

• Operate the POS system, manage cash transactions, and support store operations.

• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.

• Collaborate with teammates and managers to meet sales goals and maintain a motivated environment.

• Follow safety guidelines and use PPE to maintain a secure workplace.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 16 years.

• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.

• Flexible availability (mornings, nights, weekends, overtime).

• Basic automotive knowledge preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• ASE Certification and/or bilingual skills are a plus.
