Centurion Health, a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Indiana Department of Correction, is now hiring a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time opportunity at Branchville Correctional Facility in Branchville, Indiana.

About the Role:
The Registered Nurse will provide holistic, patient-centered care within a secure correctional environment. Working under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and/or Nursing Supervisor, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to meet the physical, psychological, and social needs of incarcerated patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders

• Provide emergency medical care when necessary

• Educate patients on health management and preventive care

• Accurately document patient care activities in medical records

• Collaborate with medical, mental health, and correctional teams to ensure coordinated care

• Uphold all security, infection control, and safety protocols

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in nursing required

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license or ability to obtain one

• Current CPR certification required

• Ability to pass a security clearance, including drug screening and criminal background check

Available Shifts:

• Full-Time Days | 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM | Three shifts per week, including every other weekend

• PRN positions also available

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay range: $38–$49 per hour (depending on experience)
