We are currently hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Tell City, Indiana outpatient dialysis center. What to Expect:

• No dialysis experience required—comprehensive paid training will be provided

• Work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, delivering dialysis treatment and patient care

• Build strong, lasting relationships with patients and their families in a close-knit clinical setting

• Supervise and support Patient Care Technicians (PCTs) during dialysis treatments

• Monitor patient stats, administer medications, and ensure proper machine setup

• Collaborate with clinical teams to personalize treatment plans and improve outcomes

• Expect a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Float between clinics during and after training (travel flexibility required)

What You’ll Need:

• ADN or nursing diploma required; BSN preferred

• RN license in the state of Indiana

• Current BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Willingness to learn and grow in a nephrology environment

• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and multitasking abilities

Helpful (But Not Required):

• Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med-Surg

• CNN or CDN certifications
