Registered Nurse

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality nursing care that supports the physical and emotional well-being of residents. Working under the direction of a Supervisor and within physician orders, you’ll help implement care plans, oversee clinical tasks, and ensure compliance with nursing standards. This position is ideal for a compassionate, dependable RN who thrives in a collaborative environment and values patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Deliver nursing care according to physician orders and nursing standards

• Support daily clinical operations and contribute to interdisciplinary care plans

• Communicate clearly with supervisors, staff, residents, and families

• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately

• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and professional standards

• Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for all residents

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Indiana

• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire)

• License in good standing with no findings related to abuse, neglect, or misappropriation

• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a commitment to high-quality care
