Registered Nurse

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering patient-centered care, overseeing the execution of medications and treatments, and leading a team of direct care providers. This position requires strong clinical skills, leadership abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide care staff to ensure proper medication administration, treatments, documentation, and family communication

• Oversee care planning and patient care conferences in compliance with facility policies

• Conduct daily visits to residents to assess physical and emotional health, and notify the appropriate personnel of changes in condition

• Identify and respond to emergencies, initiating lifesaving measures when needed

• Complete required medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting

• Ensure continuity of care from admission to discharge

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in the state of Indiana

• Current CPR certification required
