About the Role:
As a QMA, you’ll be an essential part of our care team, providing safe and accurate medication administration to residents while helping create a warm, caring environment. You’ll build meaningful relationships with residents and their families and help maintain the quality of care Trilogy is known for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications

• Maintain accurate resident records for medication, observations, and daily activities

• Ensure all medications from new residents are verified by physicians or pharmacists

• Follow proper procedures for medication storage and disposal

• Promote a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment

• Assist with creating a personalized, home-like experience for each resident

What You’ll Need:

• Valid QMA certification in the State of Indiana

• High school diploma or GED

• Experience in long-term care or home health is a plus
