About the Role:
As a QMA, you’ll be an essential part of our care team, providing safe and accurate medication administration to residents while helping create a warm, caring environment. You’ll build meaningful relationships with residents and their families and help maintain the quality of care Trilogy is known for.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications

Maintain accurate resident records for medication, observations, and daily activities

Ensure all medications from new residents are verified by physicians or pharmacists

Follow proper procedures for medication storage and disposal

Promote a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment

Assist with creating a personalized, home-like experience for each resident

What You’ll Need:

Valid QMA certification in the State of Indiana

High school diploma or GED
-
Experience in long-term care or home health is a plus
