Qualified Medication Aide

As a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) at Brickyard Healthcare in Tell City, Indiana, you will play a key role in supporting the health and well-being of our residents by administering prescribed medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse. You will also contribute to maintaining accurate records and providing high-quality, respectful care in compliance with state regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately set up, administer, and document prescribed medications in accordance with physician orders and regulatory guidelines

• Assist residents with daily care needs in collaboration with the care team

• Communicate changes in resident conditions promptly to nursing staff

• Ensure resident safety, dignity, and rights are respected at all times

• Support a positive, team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

• Certified as a Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) by the state

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing with the state

• No findings in the state registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
