Join the innovative team at Parker Meggitt Gas Turbine Fuel Systems as a Program Manager II, where you will be at the forefront of managing aerospace/defense and industrial application programs. This position plays a pivotal role in directing multidisciplinary teams, managing customer relationships, and delivering high-quality products that support sustainable flight solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary customer contact and lead for assigned programs from start to finish.

Develop, implement, and manage Program Management Plans, integrating technical, supply chain, and commercial activities.
-
Monitor program budgets, performance, and risks through schedules, reports, and presentations.
-
Coordinate marketing strategies for new and follow-on business opportunities.
-
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.
-
Maintain customer satisfaction by addressing in-service issues and program changes effectively.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree required; engineering or technical field preferred.
-
PMP certification required (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
-
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with recent manufacturing environment exposure.

Proficient in SAP, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
-
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
-
Must be a U.S. Person per 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 (due to export compliance requirements).

Ability to travel as required.
