Parker Aerospace is seeking skilled and safety-focused Production Welders to join our manufacturing team in Troy, Indiana. In this full-time, afternoon shift position, you’ll perform welding and metal fabrication tasks that support the production of cutting-edge aerospace components. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform various weld preparation, welding, and finishing operations in line with production needs.

  • Manufacture and assemble metal fabrications from mechanical drawings and weld prints.

  • Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and performance.

  • Support product improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for efficiency, function, and quality enhancement.

  • Collaborate with team members and leadership on assigned tasks and process improvement initiatives.

  • Follow all company safety policies and wear PPE throughout the shift.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Experience:

    • 2+ years of welding experience OR

    • Completion of a welding certificate, degree, or apprenticeship program.

  • Knowledge of welding techniques, basic math, and ability to read mechanical drawings.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to meet physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs, repetitive tasks, and wearing PPE.
