As a General Foundry Production team member at Waupaca Foundry, you will be assigned to a production or service department, where you will train and gain the skills needed to advance into a specific job classification. This position requires night shift availability, weekend work, and mandatory overtime. The work is physically demanding, repetitive, and set in a fast-paced industrial environment. Key Responsibilities

Successfully complete safety training and consistently follow safety policies and procedures

Learn and apply process control documents and departmental work instructions

Operate hand tools, machines, and other production equipment
-
Visually inspect castings and products for defects
-
Participate in housekeeping (6-S program) and maintain a clean, safe work area
-
Meet production pace and quality standards to support on-time delivery
-
Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs as needed
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Solid work history demonstrating reliability and responsibility

Ability to follow instructions and solve problems on the job

Strong communication skills and positive work attitude

Dependable, punctual, and adaptable to changing schedules

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently

Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and overtime
