As a Production Assembler, you will perform a variety of intricate mechanical and electromechanical assembly tasks using hand tools and machines, ensuring adherence to company policies and safety procedures. This role involves collaborating with team members, maintaining product quality, and contributing to a safe and efficient production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform complex mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations according to company procedures.
- Operate machines and use hand tools efficiently.
- Inspect your work and that of others to ensure compliance with company and customer specifications.
- Apply process specifications to govern product production within the assigned cell.
- Record production time and quantity data accurately.
- Assist with training and development tasks in other production cells or locations.
- Demonstrate and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain consistent and punctual attendance, with the ability to work additional hours as needed.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in complex mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities in atypical situations.
- Ability to read and interpret company documents, safety rules, and manufacturing instructions.
- Good manual dexterity to work with small parts.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
Work Authorization
- U.S. Citizenship, Permanent Residency, or appropriate status required due to export compliance regulations.

Schedule
