The Production Assembler performs a variety of complex assembly operations using both hand tools and machines. Working under minimal guidance, you’ll follow company policies and safety procedures to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Shift: Day shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (flexible start times available as early as 5:00 AM).


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations per company instructions and specifications.

  • Operate machines and use hand tools for assembly tasks.

  • Conduct inspections of your work and that of peers to ensure accuracy.

  • Apply process specifications governing assigned production cells.

  • Record production time and quantity data.

  • Support training and development activities, including tasks in other production cells as needed.

  • Actively follow all safety policies and demonstrate safe work habits.

  • Maintain consistent and punctual attendance, with flexibility for overtime, nights, or weekends as required.


Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; vocational training or apprenticeships a plus.

  • Experience: 1–3 years of related assembly or production experience.

  • Skills:

    • Ability to perform complex mechanical/electromechanical assemblies.

    • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

    • Proficiency in reading/interpreting manufacturing instructions, policies, and procedures.

    • Good manual dexterity for working with small parts.

    • Effective oral and written communication.
