As a Production Aluminum Welder 3 at Parker Aerospace, you’ll play a pivotal role in our advanced manufacturing team. Your primary focus will be welding and assembling high-precision aerospace components using aluminum and other materials. This position is ideal for a skilled welder with a 6G certification and a passion for safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform various weld preparation, welding, and finishing tasks using aluminum and other metals.
Manufacture and assemble fabricated metal components according to mechanical drawings and weld prints.
Train other welders on new product launches and assist in developing product improvement initiatives.
Maintain consistent quality and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with team members to solve problems and enhance production efficiency.
Work regular weekday hours with voluntary overtime and potential weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in aluminum welding.
6G aluminum welding certification is required.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and weld prints.
Strong math, communication, and organizational skills.
Physically capable of lifting, standing, and working with equipment as needed.
