Production

ATTC Manufacturing, a Tier 2 automotive supplier, is seeking Production Workers for its Tell City, IN facility. Production Workers are responsible for operating and maintaining machines, inspecting finished goods, packaging products, and supporting all areas of production as needed. This role requires flexibility, teamwork, and a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machines following standardized work procedures.

• Pack finished goods into proper packaging.

• Track hourly production results and provide machine status updates.

• Inspect products to verify they meet tolerance and quality standards.

• Use precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and go/no-go gauges.

• Perform Total Quality Maintenance (TQM) checks and inspect equipment.

• Notify group leaders or supervisors of any mechanical, safety, or production issues.

• Identify and contain nonconforming parts, following stop-call-wait protocols.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

• Support all production areas as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

• Good oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to read, write, and follow directions.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Team-oriented with flexibility to work weekends when required.

• Must pass a drug/alcohol screen and wear designated PPE.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and chest-high when required.

• Ability to stand for extended periods.

• Frequent bending, stooping, and repetitive movement.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
