Process Engineer

ATTC Manufacturing, a Tier 2 automotive supplier established in 2000, is seeking a Process Engineer for its Tell City, IN facility. ATTC specializes in machining brake drums, brake rotors, steering knuckles, carriers, and differential cases. This role is hands-on in the facility, driving process optimization, CNC programming, and equipment design to support continuous improvement and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and optimize CNC programs, including macro programming.

• Utilize AutoCAD to support equipment design and process layouts.

• Implement and improve manufacturing methods to enhance efficiency and quality.

• Lead equipment installation projects and ensure proper functionality.

• Support production teams with troubleshooting and technical guidance.

• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth production launches.

• Work overtime as necessary to meet project and production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.

• Strong knowledge of CNC programming, macro programming, and AutoCAD.

• Applied knowledge of manufacturing methods and equipment design/installation.

• Automotive manufacturing and Fanuc robot experience strongly preferred.

• Strong communication and relational skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.
