Plant Production

As a Plant Production Associate at Webb Wheel Products, you’ll be responsible for assembling and processing products or components within a repetitive and structured workflow. Whether you’re labeling, packaging, or operating machines, your work helps ensure that quality standards are met every step of the way. Key Responsibilities

• Assemble products or components using hand tools, machinery, or manual techniques.

• Perform quality checks, sorting, packaging, labeling, tying, trimming, and pasting.

• Conduct basic equipment adjustments and routine maintenance.

• Support plant cleanliness by performing occasional floor cleaning or equipment relocation.

• Follow safety protocols and production standards.

• Work collaboratively under close supervision to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or general labor.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions in a repetitive environment.

• Strong attention to quality and efficiency.

• Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a team-oriented workplace.
