Plant Maintenance Technician

As a Plant Maintenance Technician at Webb Wheel Products, you’ll be a key player in maintaining smooth production operations across our facility. Your primary focus will be on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, as well as ensuring plant infrastructure is in top working condition. This position is ideal for someone with strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for hands-on, technical work in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on plant equipment including electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC systems.

• Maintain and update plant diagrams and blueprints.

• Repair and upkeep internal and external areas of the plant, including lighting and office fixtures.

• Ensure work areas are kept clean and organized.

• Promote and adhere to plant safety practices and procedures.

• Adapt to changing productivity needs and complete other assigned tasks as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent combination of training and hands-on experience.

• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Familiarity with PLC systems and the ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of manufacturing equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Ability to work independently and respond effectively to production changes.
