You’ll also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, all dedicated to creating access to mental and physical health care for underserved populations.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Support individuals through various stages of recovery by sharing personal experiences, building trust, and reducing stigma
-
Collaborate with clients to develop recovery plans, identify goals, and expand natural support systems

-
Maintain confidentiality, documentation, and communication with treatment teams
-

-
Certified Peer Recovery Specialist in Indiana or willingness to complete certification at the first opportunity
