Mental Health Therapist

LifeSpring Health Systems is looking for a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our Tell City team. This role focuses on providing individual therapy services to adults while working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary care team to deliver comprehensive, person-centered treatment.

This position offers flexibility with a hybrid model that includes both in-office and telehealth services, along with free, paid LCSW supervision built into your workweek and access to student loan forgiveness programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy services to adult clients with mental health and/or substance use diagnoses

• Conduct assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and treatment planning

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in an electronic medical record (EMR)

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care

• Participate in clinical supervision and professional development activities

• Adhere to ethical standards, agency policies, and state regulations

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field required

• Active or eligible Indiana licensure:

  • LSW / CSW

  • LMHCa

  • LMFTa

• Preferred: LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT (Indiana)

• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills

• Experience working with individuals with mental health and/or substance use diagnoses

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Schedule

• Full-time

• Monday – Friday

• Day shift

• 8-hour shifts
