We’re currently seeking a PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team in Tell City, Indiana. About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in assessing, planning, and delivering high-quality care tailored to each patient’s individual needs. This role requires attentiveness, clinical knowledge, and the ability to act decisively in both routine and emergency situations. You will work closely with physicians, patients, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure the best outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures

• Monitor and assess patients, document findings, and implement care plans

• Respond to emergencies using critical thinking and sound clinical judgment

• Collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care

• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients and families

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana

• Current certification in BLS/CPR

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Physical stamina for walking, lifting, and assisting patients as needed

• Ability to remain calm and resourceful in urgent or emergency situations

Work Environment:
This is an on-site, part-time position based at Perry County Memorial Hospital in Tell City, IN. The role involves both sitting and standing, with moderate walking and occasional physical exertion required. Proper body mechanics must be used during patient care activities.
