As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our facility. This position requires proficiency in preventative maintenance, breakdown response, and equipment repair while upholding safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete safety training and adhere to all departmental safety policies and guidelines.
• Participate in the 6-S Program (housekeeping) to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Utilize process control documents and Departmental Work Instructions (DWIs) effectively.
• Make necessary adjustments to machinery to ensure efficient operations.
• Perform fabrication, machine repair, installation, and basic construction tasks as needed.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Education or equivalent experience in a maintenance-related field, or actively pursuing a degree in the field.
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
• Solid work history demonstrating dependability and responsibility.
• Strong oral communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Problem-solving skills and a positive work attitude.
• Ability to adapt to flexible work schedules and work independently without supervision.

Education/Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Successful completion of the selection process, which includes interviews, aptitude tests, reference verification, pre-employment drug screening, a pre-employment physical, and a job function test.
