Parker Meggitt is hiring a skilled and strategic Manufacturing Engineer Lead to oversee engineering activities at our Troy, Indiana manufacturing facility. In this leadership role, you’ll mentor a team of manufacturing engineers, optimize processes, manage capital projects, and drive cross-functional collaboration across operations, product design, and supply chain teams. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the daily activities of the site’s manufacturing engineering team.

Oversee the planning and implementation of equipment, tooling, and process flows.

Develop project portfolios and drive process improvement strategies across departments.

Ensure safety and compliance with all manufacturing standards and company policies.

Mentor and develop team members, ensuring effective training and career growth.

Collaborate with suppliers, design teams, and operations to align engineering processes with business goals.

Manage capital budgets and lead system upgrades and technology selection initiatives.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; advanced degree preferred.

Experience: 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, including technical leadership.

Strong knowledge of process flow analysis, quality, cost reduction, and throughput improvement.

Proven project management and strategic planning capabilities.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP or manufacturing systems.
