Maintenance Technicians

ATTC Manufacturing, a Tier 2 automotive supplier located in Tell City, IN, is hiring Maintenance Technicians to join its night shift team. In this role, you will install, maintain, and repair industrial machinery, electrical systems, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and CNC/PLC systems. You will play a vital role in keeping production running smoothly while contributing to efficiency improvements through hands-on problem-solving and Kaizen activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and test machinery/equipment, diagnosing issues through visual checks, sounds, and performance analysis.

• Dismantle defective machines, install new/repaired parts, and perform lubrication and cleaning.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical apparatus (transformers, wiring, electronic components).

• Troubleshoot, program, and repair automated machinery, CNC systems, and PLCs.

• Operate machine tools (lathes, grinders, milling machines) to fabricate or repair parts, jigs, and fixtures.

• Perform welding and cutting tasks as needed for repair and fabrication.

• Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems including valves, regulators, and gauges.

• Collaborate with engineers on design, capacity, and machine modifications.

• Analyze specifications, drawings, and instructions to plan and execute operations.

• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts through Kaizen activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial maintenance, including CNC/PLC troubleshooting and repair.

• Proficiency with lathes, milling machines, grinders, and welding equipment.

• Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic/pneumatic knowledge.

• Ability to read specifications, blueprints, and technical drawings.

• Problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented, safety-focused mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: Starting from $26.85/hour

• Night shift schedule (4 on / 4 off rotation)

• Pay increases every 6 months for the first 5 years
