This full-time, night shift position follows a 4-on, 4-off schedule and offers pay increases every six months for the first five years, plus a weekly bonus.

Pay: Starting at $26.85/hour

Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining and repairing equipment, supporting production efficiency, and contributing to a safe, high-performing facility. You’ll work with a range of equipment including CNCs, PLCs, hydraulics, and pneumatics, while performing preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect, test, and diagnose mechanical or electrical malfunctions in machinery

  • Dismantle and repair or replace defective equipment parts

  • Clean, lubricate, and adjust mechanical components

  • Install and repair electrical wiring, transformers, motors, and related components

  • Lay out, assemble, and maintain pipe systems, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment

  • Install, program, and repair CNC and PLC-controlled machines

  • Operate machine tools such as lathes, grinders, drills, and milling machines

  • Fabricate and assemble parts, jigs, and tools as needed

  • Weld or cut metal parts using torch or welding equipment

  • Collaborate with engineers and production teams for problem-solving and process improvements

  • Contribute to Kaizen (continuous improvement) initiatives

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Proven experience in industrial maintenance, including electrical and mechanical systems

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

  • Familiarity with CNC and PLC troubleshooting and repair

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

  • Willingness to work night shifts and follow a rotating 4-on, 4-off schedule

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Standing, bending, and climbing for extended periods

  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
