As a Maintenance Technician at ATTC Manufacturing, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, and systems in our industrial facility. You’ll troubleshoot issues, perform preventative maintenance, and contribute to the efficient operation of our production processes. Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, test, and troubleshoot machinery and equipment to detect malfunctions.
- Diagnose and repair machine operation variations in collaboration with supervisors or other maintenance personnel.
- Dismantle, clean, and lubricate machinery, replacing defective parts as needed.
- Install and repair electrical apparatus, transformers, wiring, and electronic components.
- Maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, including gauges and valves.
- Install, program, and repair automated machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and program CNC PLCs.
- Operate machine tools such as lathes, grinders, drills, and milling machines to fabricate and repair parts.
- Perform welding and cutting tasks using torches and equipment.
- Consult with engineers and personnel regarding equipment design and purpose.
- Analyze specifications and drawings to plan layouts and sequence of operations.
- Recommend modifications to improve efficiency and adaptability in production.
Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance, machining, or industrial equipment repair.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, drawings, and manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using machine tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic tools.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: Starting at $26.45/hour with a $1/hour night shift premium.
- Pay increases every 6 months for the first 5 years.

Schedule
