About the Role
Maintenance Technicians play a critical role in keeping ATTC Manufacturing running safely, efficiently, and at peak performance. In this position, you’ll troubleshoot, install, repair, and maintain industrial machinery, electrical systems, automated equipment, and facility infrastructure. You’ll work closely with engineers and production teams to ensure uninterrupted operations and support ongoing improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Equipment Maintenance & Repair

Inspect and test machinery to identify issues or irregularities

Listen for abnormal sounds to diagnose machine malfunctions

Dismantle equipment to repair or replace defective parts
-
Clean and lubricate machine components (shafts, bearings, gears, etc.)

Install and repair electrical systems including wiring, transformers, and electronic components
-
Troubleshoot, repair, install, and program CNC PLCs
-
Install and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems, gauges, valves, and regulators
Technical Fabrication & Machining

Set up and operate machine tools (lathe, grinder, drill, milling machine) to fabricate or repair parts
-
Use cutting torches and welding equipment to cut or join metal

Assemble and install machine components including sheet metal, hydraulics, electrical wiring, and lubricants
Process Improvement & Collaboration

Consult with engineers and other personnel on machinery design, capabilities, and purpose

Review specifications, drawings, and sketches to plan repair or installation steps

Recommend improvements for efficiency and adaptability through Kaizen activities

Support installation, programming, and repair of automated machinery
Qualifications
Skills & Experience
-
Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions

Proficiency using machine tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic instruments
-
Experience programming or repairing CNC PLCs preferred

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced industrial environment
