Line Worker

MEG 2 is a custom chemical processor with expertise in distillation technologies, pastillation, blending, reaction chemistry purification, and heat transfer fluids. We are seeking a dependable Line Worker to join our warehouse team in Troy, IN. In this role, you’ll be part of a team that supports assembly line production with tasks such as packing, stacking, cleaning, organizing, and drum filling. This position requires repetitive movement, attention to detail, and good communication with Lead Operators to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of warehouse and assembly line tasks including packing, stacking, cleaning, organizing, and filling drums.

• Follow instructions from Lead Operators and promptly communicate any issues with equipment or production processes.

• Maintain a safe and organized work area.

• Pay close attention to quality and consistency in all tasks.

Qualifications
Required:

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Willingness and ability to perform repetitive tasks.

Preferred:

• Experience working in a production or plant environment.

• Prior experience handling chemicals or liquids.
