Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse

LifeSpring Health Systems, the leading community mental health and federally qualified health center in Southern Indiana, is seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Tell City, IN. This full-time, Monday–Friday position (8:00 AM–5:00 PM) offers a rewarding opportunity to support individuals facing mental illness, addiction, and barriers to healthcare access.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team

• Support individuals in overcoming mental health and addiction challenges

• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and follow treatment plans

• Travel periodically to other Western Division Clinics, as needed

Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Indiana

• At least one year of nursing experience preferred

• Experience working with individuals with mental illness

• Strong attention to detail, professional boundaries, and computer literacy
