As a Human Resources Manager, you will oversee HR policies, employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance. This position plays a strategic role in supporting company values and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and government regulations.
• Recruit, interview, and hire employees for select positions.
• Conduct new employee orientations to promote company culture.
• Maintain records of hiring, promotions, performance reviews, and terminations.
• Train managers and employees on interviewing, hiring, safety, and workplace policies.
• Advise management on employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Oversee benefits programs including vacation, leave of absence, and assistance programs.
• Conduct wage surveys to ensure competitive compensation.
• Prepare human resources budgets and manage department expenses.
• Represent the company in hearings and investigations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of HR experience in a corporate or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, benefits, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Office-based role with occasional site visits.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
