Human Resources Manager

As the Human Resources Manager at ATTC Manufacturing, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting both strategic initiatives and daily HR functions at our Tier 2 automotive facility. Your primary focus will be fostering employee engagement, overseeing compliance, managing the full employee life cycle, and providing leadership support on workforce planning and organizational development. This position is ideal for a highly motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment and is passionate about people-first HR leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with management to enhance work relationships, improve team morale, and boost employee retention.

• Provide guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and performance management strategies.

• Lead HR activities including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, attendance, FMLA/ADA administration, and compliance.

• Manage employee relations issues, conducting objective investigations and maintaining proper documentation.

• Interpret and administer HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and legal compliance.

• Oversee benefits administration, policy updates, and HR-related training initiatives.

• Ensure alignment with federal and state employment laws and internal compliance requirements.

• Support KPI tracking and company-wide policy goals by contributing to a culture of accountability and development.

Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with 2+ years in a management role.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities.

• Ability to develop trust and credibility with team members and leadership.

• Self-directed, results-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
