House Manager

As a Home Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining the overall functionality, cleanliness, and comfort of the home. Your primary responsibilities will include housekeeping, organizing, laundry, and managing household errands and tasks. You’ll also assist with grocery orders, light yardwork, meal prep, and coordinating home maintenance services. This position is ideal for someone who is trustworthy, organized, and enjoys supporting families in a proactive and reliable way.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping tasks including cleaning, dishes, laundry, ironing, and tidying.

• Organize closets, pantries, and general household areas to maintain a clutter-free environment.

• Assist with errands such as grocery shopping, pickups, or returns.

• Prepare simple meals and help with light meal planning and grocery ordering.

• Occasionally assist with school or activity runs for children.

• Manage light yardwork and seasonal tasks as needed.

• Coordinate with contractors and service providers for home repairs and maintenance.

• Maintain a consistent daily schedule and communicate regularly with household members.

Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Prior experience in housekeeping, home management, or similar roles preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and take initiative with minimal supervision.

• Trustworthy, dependable, and respectful of family privacy.

• Valid driver’s license and ability to run errands as needed.
