Host/Hostess

The Patio Steakhouse is looking for a friendly and dependable daytime host/hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a professional, courteous manner

• Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart

• Answer phones and assist with customer inquiries

• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure efficient service

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess area

• Provide outstanding customer service with a positive attitude

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality

• Dependable and punctual with strong communication skills

• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

• Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred, but not required

• Weekday daytime availability required
