We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our General Foundry Production team in Tell City, Indiana. About the Role:
As a General Foundry Production team member, you’ll be trained in a variety of production or service departments to acquire the skills necessary for advancement. This is a physically demanding, hands-on position in a heavy industrial setting, involving night shifts, weekend work, and mandatory overtime. All positions are fast-paced and repetitive in nature, supporting Waupaca Foundry’s commitment to quality and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete all required safety training and follow departmental safety procedures

• Participate in 6-S housekeeping and environmental sustainability efforts (ISO 14001)

• Operate hand tools, machinery, and production equipment

• Visually inspect castings and materials for defects or quality issues

• Maintain a steady work pace to meet production schedules

• Safely lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks as assigned

• Follow all process control documents and work instructions
