Funeral Sales Representative

As a Funeral Sales Representative, you’ll work with pre-set, qualified appointments representing one of Precoa’s premier funeral home partners. This role is focused on helping families plan their final wishes, bringing peace of mind to loved ones, and building trusted relationships. You’ll benefit from a dedicated team supporting your efforts with lead generation, marketing, and field management tools so you can focus on connecting with clients.

Compensation: Competitive commission-based earnings with average annual income between $40,000 – $60,000, with no earning cap.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients in pre-set appointments (average 90 minutes) to discuss funeral prearrangements and insurance plans.

• Educate and guide families through options to help them make informed decisions.

• Close sales and meet personal and organizational goals.

• Leverage provided leads, marketing resources, and appointment-setting support.

• Participate in mentorship, coaching, and ongoing professional development.

• Maintain compliance with state and company standards.

Qualifications

• Current life insurance license (or ability to obtain one).

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal, listening, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to effectively close pre-set appointments.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional.
