What You’ll Do:

• Meet with pre-qualified families to help them plan their final wishes

• Close pre-set appointments—no cold calling or door knocking required

• Earn a competitive commission with typical income ranging from $40,000 to $60,000 per year, with no earning cap

• Maintain a flexible schedule that supports work-life balance

• Represent Huber Funeral Homes, a respected, community-focused brand

• Attend incentive-based sales recognition trips through Precoa Escapes

• Grow personally and professionally with mentorship, marketing support, and ongoing training

What We’re Looking For:

• Current life insurance license or willingness to obtain one

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience is a bonus

• Strong listening, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Confidence in closing appointments and guiding families through personal decisions

• Motivation to achieve goals and contribute to a mission-driven team

Compensation:
💰 $40,000 – $60,000+ annually (no cap on commission)
