As a Front Desk Agent at Holiday Inn Express, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth check-in/check-out experience. Your role during the night audit shift will involve handling reservations, assisting guests, and performing nightly balancing and reporting. We’re looking for team members who are committed to providing reliable service and a comfortable stay.
Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest service with a friendly and professional demeanor

Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations accurately

Perform nightly audit procedures and balance daily transactions

Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction

Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel property during the overnight shift
Qualifications

Prior customer service experience preferred; hotel experience and Opera PMS knowledge a plus

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
