About the Role
As a Food Service Worker with Morrison Healthcare, you’ll help prepare, serve, and support food service operations in a healthcare setting. This role is essential to creating a positive experience for patients, visitors, and staff by ensuring meals are prepared safely, served efficiently, and delivered with care.

Key Responsibilities

Perform food prep tasks such as washing, peeling, cutting, and measuring ingredients

Weigh and measure ingredients according to recipes and production standards

Carry pans, trays, and kettles safely between work areas

Store food properly following labeling, dating, rotation, and food safety guidelines

Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils
-
Distribute supplies, utensils, and portable equipment
-
Follow approved recipes and portion control standards

Serve customers in a friendly, efficient manner

Address customer concerns and communicate issues to supervisors

Follow company service, sanitation, safety, and inventory procedures

Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications

Previous dishwashing experience required

Ability to follow instructions and food safety guidelines

Strong teamwork and customer service skills

Dependable and punctual

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Physical & Work Requirements

Ability to stand and move for extended periods

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull kitchen items safely

Ability to work in a kitchen and healthcare environment
