Financial Consultant

As a Financial Consultant, you will work face-to-face with clients to understand their needs, recommend investment strategies, and sell a wide range of financial products. You’ll be responsible for opening and maintaining accounts, processing requests, and ensuring smooth, accurate client transactions. Working closely with a strong team of advisors, assistants, and cross-functional partners, you will play a key role in supporting clients’ banking, insurance, and wealth management needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one financial consultation and advice to new and existing clients.

• Sell a broad range of investment products and services.

• Open, maintain, and service client accounts.

• Process client requests, including initiating and confirming orders.

• Collaborate with the Investments team and other business units to serve full financial needs.

• Build and strengthen client relationships through trust, expertise, and excellent service.

Qualifications

• Licenses: FINRA Series 7 and 63/65 or 66 securities licenses; Life and Health insurance license required.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance, or equivalent work experience.

• Skills: Effective written and verbal communication, confidentiality, accuracy, technical knowledge, and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

• Experience: Strong understanding of financial markets and investment strategies. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
