Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC) is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Specialist to join our team in Tell City, IN. This part-time position (17.5 hours per week) plays an important role in supporting the Finance Department by managing day-to-day operations for accounts payable and receivable. You’ll also assist with administrative and clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document scanning. If you enjoy working with numbers and want to contribute to a community-focused organization, this is the perfect opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain financial records.

  • Manage paperwork, filing, and document scanning tasks.

  • Support the finance team with other administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Education: Associate’s Degree in accounting or related field preferred OR High School Diploma with at least 2 years of related experience required.

  • Experience: Knowledge of basic accounting principles; QuickBooks Desktop experience preferred.

  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with computer applications.
