About the Role
LHDC Head Start Birth-5 has an opening for a part-time Administrative Assistant working 17.5 hours per week, working Monday and Wednesday each week. This position is temporary running from May 15, 2026, to August 1, 2026. The Administrative Assistant will assist the Finance and Human Resources Department with the administration of the day-to-day operations, including administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, filling paperwork, and scanning.
A minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required or must be enrolled working towards this requirement. Experience with QuickBooks Desktop is desired, but not required.
