Family Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Fast Pace Health is seeking compassionate and motivated Providers (FNPs or PAs) to deliver high-quality care in both clinic and telehealth settings. As a Provider, you’ll play a key role in diagnosing and treating patients, leading clinic staff, and ensuring outstanding patient experiences. You’ll work in modern, efficient clinics with access to CME resources, telehealth technology, and a dynamic support team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care in both in-person clinic and telehealth settings.

• Diagnose, treat, and educate patients on acute and chronic conditions.

• Lead and support clinic staff, fostering a team-oriented environment.

• Accurately document patient encounters and maintain compliance with HIPAA and company protocols.

• Order, interpret, and review diagnostic tests.

• Prescribe medications and follow clinical practice guidelines.

• Participate in new employee onboarding, mentoring, and training.

• Engage with the community through outreach events and patient education.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies (MMS).

• Active state license and DEA (or ability to obtain within 120 days per state requirements).

• Ability to treat patients of all ages.

• DOT certification required within 120 days of employment (for FT/PT).

• Experience in urgent care, occupational health, ER, trauma, or family medicine preferred.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
