Executive Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead all aspects of facility operations, including fiscal management, program development, community engagement, and board relations. This role is key to ensuring exceptional care delivery and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan focusing on all areas of facility operations.

• Monitor departmental activities, set priorities, and provide feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations for staff.

• Conduct regular facility rounds to ensure quality of care, operational efficiency, and staff morale.

• Foster a culture of customer service, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

• Utilize survey and performance data to address service improvements and maintain compliance.

• Oversee effective utilization of consultants and other resources to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Current Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of practice.

• Completion of the company EDIT Program or prior Executive Director experience.

• Proven leadership and performance management experience.

• Ability to travel, including overnight stays, and maintain regular attendance.
