Parker Meggitt Gas Turbine Fuel Systems is seeking a skilled and driven EHS Specialist II to coordinate and lead Environmental, Health, and Safety programs at our Troy, Indiana location. In this essential role, you will develop and implement facility-wide EHS initiatives, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and promote a strong culture of safety and sustainability. Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs and procedures to meet regulatory and company objectives

Lead efforts in accident prevention, energy efficiency, waste reduction, and regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, etc.)

Coordinate EHS training for all facility personnel and ensure accurate, timely reporting and recordkeeping

Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate EHS audits, investigations, and environmental actions

Support Lean manufacturing, HR, and supply chain teams with integrated safety strategies

Chair ISO 14000/18000 committees (if applicable) and support customer EHS compliance such as IMDS

Participate in corporate EHS conferences and train new site EHS team members
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related EHS field

Minimum 3 years of relevant EHS experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Strong understanding of OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong computer proficiency

Experience in Ergonomics and Behavior-Based Safety is a plus
-
Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently and lead safety initiatives

Must be willing to travel and work outside of the standard office environment as needed
